You Have Served Our Country, So We Would Like The Opportunity To Serve You
At Beal College, we want to help our veterans receive the education and training that is critical in today’s economy, so they can build successful lives post-military service.
Our Financial Aid advisors will tell you about Financial Aid opportunities through the GI Bill® and guide you through the application process. The GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government Web site at www.benefits.va.gov/gibill.
Armed Services Courses
Beal College recognizes the knowledge acquired in military life. Credit is awarded according to the standards established in the Guide to the Evaluation of Educational Experience in the Armed Services published by the American Council on Education. Please contact the Admissions Office for details.
Credit for Life Experience
We recognize that you may have gained significant experience during your military service. Beal College will consider granting credit in cases where the student can demonstrate that prior learning or experience is equivalent to that in specific college courses. The credit awarded will be based on an assessment of the knowledge, skills, or competencies acquired. Please contact the Admissions Office for guidelines and required documentation.
We understand that it may be difficult to translate the specialized skills and training you’ve received in the military so that it means something to prospective employers. As a Beal College student, you’ll have access to our Career Services Coordinator to find ways to effectively market yourself on your resume and in the interview process. This service is free to students and graduates for life.
